WTB: Tree Stand

Looking to pick up a second tree stand for this season. I'd prefer a ladder as its going to be a semi-permanent setup, but it's not a must. 1 or 2 person doesn't matter, and I'd like 20' or better. I'm open to picking it up if it's within a reasonable distance. Feel free to PM me if you need. Thanks in advance!
