Got on the water around 6:30 am this morning in the canoe with a buddy. Fished for about 4 hours and caught 13 bass, 3 rock bass, 2 blue gills and 1 chain pickerel. Caught mosted on a senko (wacky rigged of course) and a few on a chartreuse grub. Had the lake to ourselves.. Probably because of the torrential rains! Oh well, you gotta do what you love when you have the time. Next time I'll bring the camera...was worried about the wetness factor today.... Hope everybody else caught fish this weekend! Scott

Hey, when it's lightly raining is one of the best times to catch fish during the Summer. Now I wish that I had dragged my butt out of bed when I woke up at 5:30 am. Nice job.
