Fairfield shops out of mackeral??
Message:
Today I tried to go to two B+T shops in my area (Orbit Marine and Jimmy O's) and they were both out of mackerel! This almost never happens, and I don't know if this is a coincidence or more. Anyone know why this is happening? Also, a few days in the past Jimmy o was out of mackeral, too.

Might be that people are pre ordering it for the Bluefish contest that is coming up this weekend 27th &28th. I know the place I get my bait from said to put the order in before this Tuesday or you might not get any.

Today my local shop (Jimmy O's) had only a few mackerel, and they were in poor condition. He said he would be getting a new shipment tomorrow morning sometime. I just bought a few bunker for fishing this evening.
