REDUCED! - Small Cabin for Sale - Move to your land...

We have a small cabin in the back of our property...in nice shape... 10' x 14' and 11' tall. insulated with wood siding interior. Connection for a wood burning stove already there (it had one) and a custom made kitchen. Some 12 wiring for a car stereo hookup. Nice place for a couple of guys or gals to hunker down and stay warm.
