Silver lake
Message:
Did pretty good at silver lake today, nothing huge but good action all day, bass and pickerel action all on 5'' wacky senkos, and 4'' dingers. It was nice to have good consistent action all day because i brought my brother and his girlfriend and there not really avid fisherman so it kept them interested. And of course he caught the biggest fish, 3 pound bass, thats his biggest yet! :)

nice, i was out at silver lake this afternoon/evening trying out some new lures. i was fishing off the cement baracade thats in the water over by the train tracks. no luck over there so i went over to where the spill way is and threw out a wacky 5 inch senko with no luck. i then threw out a texas riged yamamoto and as soon as it hit the water a bass nailed it. a nice healthy looking 14 inch 2 pounder. thats all i got for the day though. nothing on the new equipment but theres always tomorrow. i need to invest in some type of boat so i can access beter spots!
