i am certainly not new to the computer BUT WILL ADMITT i am lost here getting a picture on my profile!!! HELP?

Welcome aboard! Go to "My CTFishtalk" at the top of the screen. Click on "My Profile" and scroll down to the avatar section at the bottom. Click "Browse" to select a pic from your machine then hit "Submit" to upload. Just make sure you meet the file size requirements listed.
