Saltwater reports has moved up in the listings

A few people have asked to have Saltwater reports moved up in the listing so its easier to get to... I made it second on the list below Bass Fishing Reports... I also made some other slight listing changes... I also made the same changes for the General Disccusion area... Hope this helps guys!
