Sorry its been a while since my last post guys. Between some of your guys tips, stuff I have been reading, and LOTS of time on the water, I have finally figured out how to catch fish in the fall (early and late)!!! I have been doing well at morey, so I pretty much stick to it lately. Last sunday I got out and had a great day.Total of 6 bass. water was 46 degrees, air temp about 60+.FIshed from 11am to 4pm. I hit 4 of them on a 3/8 football jig, black and blue skirt w/ a 3" black/blue bass beaver trailer. They LOVED it! It took me about an hour to find my right pattern, but once I did, they let me know. I lost two decent bass on back to back casts once I found my first productive hump. They seemed to like the jig beeing slowly dragged up the drop offs or parallel to them, with frequent stops. Most spots were found just offshore from grass beads that still had some green to them. The biggest actually hit a black/blue craw texas rigged, dragged slowly.Always seemed to hit on the stop. The weights went: 3-3 largest, 2-4 second largest, and 3 more that were 2lbish.
