Wethersfield Cove Improvements

I've never been charged to park my car or launch my kayak at the Wethersfield Cove boat launch ramp, not that I've done that very often, but after they improve it, I'm sure that I'll have to pay. :roll:

I'm sure that there will probably be a launch fee imposed.

My understanding is that there already is, Stephen. But nobody has ever been there to collect it when I've launched.
