FISH REMAINS AT THE CT. RIVER LAUNCH IN OLD SAYBROOK

I went out of old saybrook under the 95 bridge this week. I wasn't going to mention this but it really burns me; just wanted to know what some of you regular salt-water fishermen think. At the bottom of the ramp amid about a dozen seagulls was the remains of a rather large Striped bass. the fillets were gone and all that was left was the head to the tail. This doesn't seem right to me; if I am wrong someone tell me so. thanks cmorjoe
