Does anyone know of a public boat launch near Cromwell/Middletown on the river?

Here are all the state boat launches.. http://www.depdata.ct.gov/maps/boating/boatingmap.htm Also - I was told that the Rocky Hill Ferry Boat Launch is public as well. Not far at all from your Cromwell/Middletown.

Haddam Meadows should work. It's a pretty nice launch. Salmon river is across the river and a little further south.
