salmon river 5/5

Had alot of luck started at 6:30 ended at abot 10:30 and caught 12 trout in total a few brookies one brown and a few rainbows all on rapala husky jerks . Anyway started at the comstock bridge and pulled 5 trout between my dad and i nothing huge. Then we worked are way up and worked one pool and got 2 then another and got 2 then another and got 1 then we were fishing fast water and i got another one then our next spot my dad nailed 2 in the trophy trout section. :D great day striper fishing tommorow :D in cromwell.

Nice story! I'm just curious: Where exactly is Salmon River? I've always wanted to try it but I don't want to drive out there for nothing and not have a good spot. Would you be able to private message me some directions?

salmon river runs through colchester,east hampton and east haddam look at the dep trout map of it it helps alot :D
