Mattabesett River Cromwell

My lunch hour got me two LMB. Nothing over 2.5lbs but both pretty chunky. All caught to the right of the boat launch with wacky orange senko and a cafeine shad in blue/white. ALSO--- HUGE hornets nest inside the limb of a dead tree abut 20ft down the path to the left of the boat launch about 10 ft in the air. Hence all my fish were caught TO THE RIGHT of the launch lol.

How do you guys get to this launch? is it small just for Kayaks?
