Twin Brooks & Bunnells Pond 5/17
Message:
Thursday I went to Twin Brooks Park again starting around 12:30pm. This time I hit only certain areas that have been producing. One spot got me a chubby 13.5" rainbow on a 4cm hot mustard muddler X-Rap. Kept on playing with that tiny X-Rap and caught 2 redbreasts, 5 bluegills, 2 largemouths, and 1 crappie. Nothing much was interested in other stuff I threw. Later after catching bass at one of the small ponds and grabbing a bite to eat, I headed over to Bunnells Pond. Stayed at my crappie spot most of the time and caught a keeper while playing topwater with a 7cm yellow perch Original Floater. Had a few other hits and swirls. Around 7pm I went to do some jigging at Glenwood Park.
