37" Cobia caught in Rhodie today
Message:
I was just reading the frances fleet report and the inshore 8-3 boat had a 37" cobia come over the rail today. That's the second one i've heard of this year (first in Rhodie). Anyone ever caught one of them in the northeast? That'd be one hell of a bonus fish

I have caught 1 but never in the northeast. They are beasts and tasty also.
I know they catch them regularly as high as maryland. So these fish following schools and shooting up the coast is great maybe someday they will start to take off like weakfish and Sea bass.
