totaly useless at figureing computer crap out

I must be hopeless or something I cant figure out how to get a pic to post been at it for 2 hours now nothing seems to work.....if someone can walk me though this it would be helpful....
P.S Ive allready read every post on forum I could find plz dont link them they didnt help me at all just confused me more I read took me 45 min to figure out what a windows explore was

Hi,
1 Go to main page.
2 Upper left corner -> click on forums
3 Click on photo gallery
4 Upper right side -> click on "your album"
5 Left side -> click on "add album" (check for your handle name)
6 click on "add items"
7 click on "browes"
8 Go to your file(s) and click on picture you want to save to album
9.At bottom click on "Save"
10 Go back to your album and see if your pic is saved
When you post -> click on "g2lmg" block
1 click on user albums
2 slick on arrow (scroll down and find your handle name and click on that)
3 find pic you want to post and click on that.
DONE

Or you can just use a host site like Flickr or Photobucket and post the link from there, its way easier and you can keep pics there and not have to worry when your hardrive fails.
