i really dont remember the exact places we fished that day, but i caught a nice mother largemouth in the first bay, it was my first time fishing highland this year, i am coming back for a bigger fish next time

she was caught on a black jelly worm
she weighed in at around 3.5 lbs and 18 inches long
i had to cut the line because the hook was really deep, but at least she wasn't bleeding

Nice fish! I've had such a great spring with 3-4+ pounders. Now that the water temp is about to come up drastically we'll see what summer has in store. Time to change gears.
