Fluke line shy?

Hi there fluke fans... Last time I was out for fluke & trying out a new reel that was lined with what I think is "Magibraid"? it's pinkish with red & blue spots on it. Now I was catching my share of fluke but others were catching more using mono. Does anyone know if fluke may be line shy? JC

I always use a flouro leader but with blues I use a steel leader.

JC, I use PP both green and red when fluking but my rigs are 40lb mono. Fluke are aggressive as hell and I don't think they are line shy at all. Rig color sensitivity is probable, action/technique is more likely. Keep at it and mix up your technique a bit.
