 thats Peco and my report for McDonough today. If there was a good thing about id have to say meeting Peco for the 1st time or him getting to see some parts of the lake he hadnt really before. Bluebird skis, water temps in the 80's according to my finder...........We caught fish but nothing worth talking about. Bites were here and there mostly on DS w/ worms. We worked areas all over the lake today that in the past have been my "route". After today i need to find a new "route" and next time back i will spend more time trying to find the bigger smallies. spots were dead..............some produced nothing and that isnt the norm. Oh well thats fishing! got home just in front of the storm and cooled down. thanks for joining me today Peco.....sorry we didnt do aswell as I anticipated but I hope the DS rod will find alittle more time in your hands in the future. I swear it can be killer and today was not a true representation of what it can do. Got to try a new Mojo rod today for the first time and like it.......but not matched up with my 10 yearold beatup quantum baitcasting reel. I havent fished since the Bantam T and even though we didnt hammer them today was nice just to be out and not doing something like work. Thanks again Peco.

It was one of the slowest days we had all year. I almost though we took a wrong turn and we were on winchester. I didn't check the barometer, I am thinking we had a low that bugged em out some.

I had a spectacular day! I'm about to post about it. While I only fished for an hour it was the best hour in ages.
