Old Hitchcock chair factory pool
Well this was our first pool of the day and we fished it for an hour. We were throwing corn and mealworm combinations and i ended up catching a solid 11 inch brown and my dad and i both missed alot of bites too.
Whittemores pool
This pool had a good amount of fish and we missed alot but i managed to hook into a nice one i think 16 inches and it jumped amd spat the hook there was nothing landed in this pool
Helmlocks pool
This pool proved to be very productive and my dad caught 2 browns around 11 inches and i caught a brookie on a nightcrawler that was 12 inches.
Black bridge pool
This pool was also productive with 3 brokkies being caught 2 by my dad 1 by me they were tight to the shoreline and were only 7-8 inches long. Are these native brook trout or did the dep stock really small ones?
All in all my dad caught 4 and i caught 3 well no offense but there was nothing to size there i thought i would catch a biggen but i didnt which proved to me i dont think im getting my pb from the farmy well good fishing :)

I think theyre wild because i remember reading stuff awhile back that brookies and rainbows wouldnt survive the summers as well as browns so they stocked more browns than the others. Did you look at any of the fins for clippings?
