Fished one of are local spots yesterday, we got there around 11:00 and fished till 5:00, All of my freinds bass where on the kinami baits senkos, and my fish where of gulp alive flukes. Towards 4:30 we went up to a point that is formed on the second pond it very weedy and shallow. I tossed the fluke on the lillys and dragged it throught some thick weeds and it was all over the bait and it was just a mass of weeds on the top of the water as i was trying to get it in, a very big fish hit the mass, topwater and it made a huge disturbance in the water me and my freind where both almost in shock it turned out to be a pickeral there is some good fish in there but parking is only for residents with a pass so we just sneak in but if your ever in cheshire with not much to do i would recomend it. At the end of the day Me-Two bass Bren-16 bass, One pickeral I got my ass handed to me.....

that place is right down the road from me, but I got turned away at the gate the one time I tried to go. How big were the fish you ended up catching?
