We here at CTFT have a very small set of rules for entry into the record books. They are as follows:

)Applicants must be CTFT Members. If your not and you have a record fish, you belong here! Sign up!

)Yes, you can conceivably put lead in the fish's mouth, please don't, this is to showcase everyone's achievements and there is no monetary reward. Cheating does nothing save cheapen the meanings of these records for those who worked hard for theirs.

)The fish MUST be taken on a rod and reel, NO EXCEPTIONS

)The fish taken must be taken in SEASON, no out of season records will be accepted.

)CTFT strongly believes in CPR - Catch, Photograph, Release. While we can't make you do it, if the fish is not going to be your dinner or someone else's, we would very much like to hear that it was returned unharmed to its home. Your stewardship of the fisheries in and around CT will insure that our record book grows in both number and poundage over time!

)Most importantly - HAVE FUN DOING IT!
