wow, this tournament is awesome unlike any other I've ever watched before, day one, all KVD, but day two, Kriet, wow awesome. I know they are good friends but what competitors. Ike is also right there in the running. Can't wait till day three weigh-ins fellas.

Was watching last night from 10 till 12 and saw the standings. Can't believe Denny Brauer did not catch 1 keeper fish in 2 days of fishing!

KVD 1st 51.6 lb Sad

Russ Lane big bass winner 6.2lbs and 7 ounces away from 3rd

I was looking forward to seeing Michael Iaconelli sneak up and take it.
He placed 6th 9 ounces from 5th

I thought the same thing, way to much talk and not enough fishing. They need to ad more outboard motor cams and use that footage more on the other anglers, not just the top 4 guys in the standings. How about Pam Martin-Wells, she layed the smack on a bunch of those top guys, good for her.

The thing that bothered me the most was that the weigh in was at 5pm, then why do we have to wait until 10pm to see it on TV? WTF Why are we watching nascar or basketball? I'm not stupid, I know it's all about prime time ratings and money, but this is a 3 day event that only happens once a year. Is it too much to ask to have the weigh in live or on at a decent time to watch? Like maybe 7 or 8pm? I had to DVR it, and I'll watch it this afternoon. Some of us get up very early in the am and have to work for a living, I'm not staying up until 11pm to watch TV and then be over tired and useless the next day.

I have been a huge KVD fan since I can remember, but I am even getting a little tired of seeing him constantly winning. I was pulling for Kriet to get on em good the last day and give KVD something to think about next season. KVD is a fish catching machine for sure, always in the right place at the right time, throwing the right bait.

I know what you mean Gary. KVD is good and to see him win all or most of the time can get a little monotonous but give the man credit HE is consistent. Hey just a heads up.... for those who are KVD or Edwin Evers fans they are going to be at the Fishing Expo and Outdoor Show held by USA Marine every year up in Worcester, Mass. on March 27 & 28. Here's your chance to see the recently crowned Classic Champion in person.
