5/7 Wednesday Big Bass - CT River

Well we've heard through the grapevine that Riverfront Recap doenst want to hold the Wednesday night Big Bass anymore so we are going to run it ourselves.

The first tournament will be tomorrow at the EAST HARTFORD LAUNCH at 5:00 pm. Please be there at least 15 mins early so we can get started.

I think we are going to keep it the same price as last year $15 per person paying back 2 places.

This will be a weekly event!

Is there a parking/launch fee at E. Hartford? Don't you need a resident sticker or something over there, or is that only after Memorial Day?

THe launch was closed on Friday due to high water. Is it open now?

They have a launch fee over in East Hartford of 15 bucks but for the rest of the year we will be launching out of Wethersfield Cove. (we launched out of East Hartford this week because of the high water) The guys in Wethersfield give the wednesday night tournament guys a discounted price of $10 during the year after memorial day, each week. (the normal launch fee I think is $20)

The E.H. launch was open and fine. There were quite a few other boats out there besides the guys fishing. The water came down a lot.
