Hi,
Left my house in Winsted @ 2:40 PM - 44 F and very sunny!
Highland Lake -> All open water
Burr Pond -> All open water
Park Pond -> Edges all open and all open water past the narrows - ice.... what ever there is looks rotten.
Winchester Lake -> North end where all the stumps are - Open water..... Eastern shore wide strip of open water along shore....... 2 open leads across the lake from shore to shore..... water + broken ice starting to show at the boat ramp.
Ice getting that thin rotten look to it.
Wasn't worth the time or effort to drive to Wood Creek.
Returned to Winsted @ 3:45 PM
