OK, took everyone's advice. Went back to Bantam, threw topwater and BAMMMM I boated over 6 Bass. Unbelievable!!! All was great until the Tornado and Hurricane Katrina Rain Hit. Managed to get back to shore safe and soaked!!

Awesome Day.

All were caught on Rapala Plugs! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

eeek, little early for that, for me. The getting soaked part.

Topwater bite???????? What was the water temp?

I was pleasantly surprised myself. They HAMMERED it right before the rain started. The entire lake went from WHITECAPS to GLASS. Guess I was in the right place at the right time. Water temps were in the high 60's.
