I'm fishing an open tourney tomorrow evening at beach pond. I havn't fished there yet this year and was wondering if anyone has fished there lately and can give me an idea on what depth to fish. Ive been catching most my fish from 8-15ft at other places so im assuming it will be the same there but any info would be much appreciated.

I've never fished it but from what my buddies tell me who have a cottage near there is that the water is very clear and very little weeds. So I would throw tubes all day along the shoreline till I catch a limit then switch over to swimbaits and big wakebaits once the sun sets. Good luck

If it is clear and weeds are sparse i would expect them to be a little deeper than the depth youve been fishing at other places. but i guess it depends on the water temp too. they might be in search of some cooler water in the shade or down deeper

panfisher hes fishing the evening bite they come up from the depths and roam the shoreline if it were high noon and I had a tournament on a lake with no weeds I'd be screwed.
