On our way to Beseck Lake, TurtleKiss (aka Kira) and I stopped to check the condition of the driveway down to the boat launch ramp at Black Pond. Now that some of the icy, twin-rutted luge has melted, I think that I could get my little Saab all the way down to the ramp and back. It was a beautiful day out there, but we didn't see anyone out on the ice:
