Took my wife and the family last weekend to the Blue Ridge Mnts. in NC. About 2 hrs from my house. What a beautiful area, my pics don't do it justice. The pic where we are next to the sign we are 4356ft above sea level. The trees just started to change. If you are ever in that area, I would highly recommend the Blue ridge Pkwy.

Been there fish head, when I was a teenager. My family took a trip through there and down skyline drive as well, on our way to visit friends in Georgia and then in Florida too.

It is a beautiful ride to say the least, and it sure beats driving down 95, how sterile can you get.

Thats where I was born and raised. Our backyard was the Great Smokey Mountian National Park. You should try fishing Fontana Reservoir sometime!!! Wink
