My brother in law used to work for the Danbury water works and they are out there constantly taking samples. They get to use a motor too! How's the fishing on East Lake lately? How about West Lake? have they drained them down at all?

Batterson Park Pond and Black Pond are both "No gasoline motor" ponds, but the DEP and other groups (e.g., crew teams) get to use gasoline motors on them. I hate it when they do that.

I was fishing at Batterson the other day and these Knuckledicks were out on a jetski.

This morning on Spring Pond, the Avon Recreation and Park Department and the Avon Crew Team had two shells, and a jonboat and a rowboat that were each powered by a 9.9 hp Yamaha outboard. Luckily, they tended to stick to the middle of the pond, while we stayed close to the shore.

As a wise man once said "lifes not fair"

I cant even put a blown up raft on east lake!!!!

I havnt fished for largemouth in months so I have no idea how the fishing is...

east lakes water level seems to be up to about normal

I am sure all that rain we got helped bring some of the water back up in a lot of these places
