If anyone fishes Bull pond in Harwington there is 5-6 of black ice under 2 inches. of compressed snow.I jigged around the parking area for an hour and got 3 small perch and 2 gills on a gold rough rider tipped with mealies and dillies.Anyone check Mt Tom?
