Little late report but Wednesday evening the fish were all around.
Went to small area south of Hartford and on my first cast with a yellow/white Pencil saw at least 3 different fish come charging in at but they didn't seem like they really wanted the plug. Changed up to a blue/white Tattoo Sea Pup and then they started bitting!
Landed three keeps between 30 and 36 inches in less then a half hour... Had a couple that i fought half way in and came off the hook all in the same time frame.
South of Hartford is heating up right now, get out there while they're still here in the river!!
