Family Ice Fishing Class Comes to Bristol

A "Family Ice Fishing Class" will be held in Bristol at the Rockwell Park Pavilion on January 9 between 6:30and 8:30pm.

The class will be conducted by certified CT Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Aquatic Resources Education instructors. It will be a classroom environment that will teach students about, equipment, bait, techniques, terminology, rules and regulations as well as ethics and sportsmanship and where to fish and what you might catch.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The class is Free of charge and is open to all. Pre-registration is required and class size is limited. To pre-register for the class or for more information call (860) 584-6160.
