Went to Derby last night. Great Spot, caught the most striper there this year. BUT, last night was differant. Got a great hit when I had my pole set up on a lazy stick. So good it bent the rod over and rip right off shore. Yes I did chace it to about knee deep water then gave up.

So with that being said, if anyone finds a blue TPS surf rod with a gold Quantum reel on it, let me know please...

If your going to lose a pole, thats probably the best way.

There wee a few other guys that saw it and it was definaly a fish. The action we saw on the rod was a fish. I am more upset with losing the fish than I am the pole.
