Nice job Dusty! Tough loss, but theres not much you can do about that. That guy freakin whacked em and his boater was on better and more fish. Great job anyway!

Dusty,

Congrats on your 2nd place finish! No small feat!

My condolences on the loss of your Grandmother.

Thanks guys...what a week!

Ryan...that place is better than Champlain! my 3rd day bag of fish (16.6) and the boater i was with (14.9 or something like that) came within 1/4 mile of the launch!!! (my spots Wink ) Im spoiled, i know that river like the back of my hand!

If we could have made it to the lake the final day i would have run away with it...but the wind was too bad and we hit all backup stuff for the day..and it was mostly largie stuff! Im lucky he ventured out towards the lake to hit some smallie stuff, we were largie fishing till about 1245 and i had about 6 lbs...caught all 5 of my better fish in the last hour and a half!

Either way, i fished perfectly all week, never lost 1 fish and brought in 62lbs of smallies Smile The guy WACKED um on the final day, and my hats off to him! There was nothing more i could do...
