If they were equally convenient, where would you go fishing for stripers today, Derby or Norwich?

I'm going tonight. Derby has been lame lately. Gonna try north milford or stratford.

BUMP for crest daddy's question ...... i would love to go to stratford but im not sure where exactly .........is it from the shore by the beach area ??????

there is a dock for public fishing right under the bridge and parking in "the dock" shopping plaza right on the water....i would start there only because I have personally seen striper action in that very vacinity of the housy.....

Thanks for the info ..but ne being a rookie around CT I would need more percise location do to the fact that I don't even know what bridge you are talking about ... Sorry Crying or Very sad .... I'm Bonny from Danbury so I guess I want to start heading towards statford correct ??? Then what ?? Is there perhaps some street names you might know that can lead me to that Bridge we r talking about thanks in advance ... I'm dying ti throw my first rid this season Very Happy

been getting them on 4-5" shads, bombers, sluggo's. Slow retrieve. Almost backwards. Try the launch area at devon too if you go to there, havent tried there yet, just up river .

After midnight works best for me, but it it's an overcast day you are golden.

Go to the mouth... left side sand bar... one spot you can walk there dont get stuck out there. if ya got a yak greats sketchy walking but it can be done. They've been there just havent gotta chance to go. different uncle and fam friend have been going down there late some even using eels with luck.... im jeepless from it being stolen maybe someone will pick my ass up and bring me has extra yak...
