At least you were rewarded with success on your first trip. Thats an acomplishment. Now just work on catching the big ones.

I think it's,....."I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy"

Stumpy,..you were right on for that lake,..a DS is often the only way to get fish there,..especially when the sun is shining! Try to locate some rock piles even deeper (like 15-25' range) next time! Wink

Rookie---

oh lets see... there are a few old sayings...

'If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried."

Can't live with em' Cant Kill em'! (LOL)

as i was referring to originally - A bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work

A Wife and a steady job have ruined many a good fisherman. ( HOW TRUE)

Rise & Shine. It's fishing time!

Even if you've been fishing for 3 hours and haven't gotten anything except poison ivy and a sunburn, you're still better off than the worm.

Dont talk about your wife and dont talk about your fav. fishing hole

If God had wanted man to work, He wouldn't have invented fishin'

those are just a few... what do ya got???
