A little off topic, but now that I've finally cooked and eaten bluefish, I can say that it's absolutely delicious. I had three frozen blues in the freezer that asianfisher (aka Billy) gave to me. They were already beheaded and cleaned. I finally defrosted them in the refrigerator the other day and grilled the largest one for lunch yesterday. I scored it, salted it and threw it on a smoking hot grill for 4-1/2 minutes per side:

It tasted like a mild mackerel, which I also like grilled. You can get mackerel grilled over charcoal in some Japanese restaurants. They call it saba. Bluefish has the same oily fish taste as mackerel, although it's milder. When I grilled the two smaller ones for dinner, I found that they were even milder tasting than the slightly larger one.
