I've been looking to find a hot water discharge somewhere in ct on the river. I haven't had much luck catching anything these days even with the occasional warm weather. If anyone knows of any spots that are fishable it would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking if I find warmer water I may find more active fish.

Are you using the right gear? Are you fishing from shore or boat? Tried any coves?

Phew! Rolling Eyes For a second there, I thought this should have been in the Medical Condition section. Laughing

I've heard of a warm water discharge in the Connecticut River. That's where pikePERSUADER1 (aka Dan) caught his State Record pacu.

Hey, Dan, where is that?

I have tried a couple coves and I've thrown everything I have in my box. I'm fishing from shore. I've heard of a discharge in Hartford but I guess it's not to fishable from shore and its not in the best area. I would think there would be others along the river but I don't have a clue where they are
