I fished east lake reservoir once or twice and saw other people there once and also I didn't notice any signs ANYWHERE that say no fishing/private property. I was thinking of going this weekend sometime so if anyone can help me out before sunday April 5th 2014 as in tomorrow I would be much obliged. Thanks in advance and I'll let you know how the day went

Sunday, April 6, or Saturday, April 5? Laughing

I've seen fishing reports from CTFishTalk members who have shore fished East Lake Reservoir, so I've always assumed that you could fish there. I've also read in the past that a permit is required to ice fish on any reservoir owned by the Town of Danbury. However, more recently, I've read is that Danbury has closed all of its reservoirs to ice fishing. Hopefully, one of the members from Danbury will see your post and reply.
