what is the best way to determine the size of Jigs to purchase?
1/4oz, 1/2 oz, 3/4oz, 5/8oz, or 1oz?

Mark, Excellent question,,, I will tell you what I use, I personally love strike kings bitsy bugs,, they work great on smallies and largemouth,, they are a compact jig, black and blue, you cannot go wrong, same with a green pumpkin or watermelon,, I use that jig everywhere 1/4 oz, Now if im fishing tidal waters, or weedy areas, I like the strike king pro models, my favorite weights are 3/8 and 1/2 oz same colors,,,, When I flip jigs, I use the Denny Breaur (i cant spell his last name,,, but its close,,, I think) 3/4oz to 1 oz,, same colors,, And for trailers, I use everything from pork to rage craws,, I hope this helps you on your decisions,,,, jigs are a very important tool!!
