All details subject to further change,......

Since we have such a small field, the tourney will be held on Lower Moodus only (both days)!
$40 per boat for the weekend! - You can fish just one or both days, for the $40
- 3-fish limit each day
6:30AM-12-Noon, each day
- Payouts for the best and 2nd-best bags (3-fish) of the weekend!
(Note: if we have less than 5 boats entered it will be winner-take-all!)
- 1/2 lb penalty for each dead fish,..no culling at the ramp.

- It is possible for the same boat to win 1st AND 2nd place if they fish both days! Very Happy
- It is also possible to win if you only fish one of the days,..however there is an obvious advantage to those folks that fish both days!
- Also if your partner cannot do both days,..you can still fish it as a single on the other day,..or find a different partner for the 2nd day.
- The entry fees will be as follows:
Solo boater fishing the tourney,..both days or just one day: $40
Boater & non-boater fishing the tourney, both days or just one: $40
Boater, solo one day and with a partner the other day: $40
Boater with a different partner each day: $60

1) J4F / Johnny Skeeter / MarkO.......Sat & Sun
2) Jester & partner ...........Sun
3) Your name here!! Wink
4) NickP & Zorro........Sat & Sun
5) Dusty and ??...."one of the days" ( Rolling Eyes )

I don't know yet Chuck,..you have any preference? I will definitely make it short days with an early start so people will have time for other things,..6 hours max,..maybe only 5.

I would be interested in the Sunday the 20th.

Are you going to have seperate payouts each day as well as a combined one?

Hmmmmmmm,....I don't like charging more than $40 so maybe we'll do it this way:
- You can fish one or both days, for the $40
- 3-fish limit each day
- Payouts for the best and 2nd-best bags (3-fish) of the weekend!
- It is therefore possible for the same boat to win 1st AND 2nd place! Very Happy
- It is also possible to win if you only fish one of the days,..however there is an advantage to those folks that fish both days!
- Also if your partner cannot do both days,..you can still fish it as a single on one of the days!

Hows that sound??

Im in for at least one mark! Please do lower moodus. Upper is an enigma to most, really think its easier on lower to hit fish.

I've got both sides covered (with permits) for both days. The folks that fish both days will definitely fish both sides of the lake, however I'm still really deciding how to handle the 1-day people. If there's too many, then for sure it'll be a draw as to who goes where because they only allow permits for 5-boats on each side. If there's 5 or fewer,..then maybe I will let the 1-day folks choose what side they want!

(Nick,..just FYI,..there are a lot of folks that prefer upper!)

Hey guys,..in order to stir up a bit more interest, I'm thinking about allowing different partners on the two days but I'm not sure how to work it as far as the entry fee and payouts would go. Any thoughts??

Maybe have the new participant chuck in 10 bucks?

I dont have a problem with the new participant fishing for free. As long as one of the partners is the same as the day before.

To make it fair to all the partners,.. I think what I'm going to do is make each partner pay $20,...so here is how it would shake out:

Solo boater fishing the tourney,..both days or just one day: $40

Boater & non-boater fishing the tourney, both days or just one: $40

Boater, solo one day and with a partner the other day: $40

Boater with a different partner each day: $60

Nope,..it's a 2-day tourney even if some folks are only fishing one of the days. The payouts will be for the 1st and 2nd biggest, (1-day) bags of the weekend! If one of the days kicks arse and the other sucks,..well that's just how it goes. There is no prize for combined weights from the 2 days,...I'll get the money to the winners even if they are not present on Sunday!

For teams like ours, where there are 3 people,..I think the money for a winning bag would belong only to whoever was on the boat, the day that the winning bag was caught! I don't see any other way to make it fair!

I hope that this turns out to be fun for people and not a big fiasco! I'll take a little poll afterward and see what the people that fished it, thought about it. If folks like it,..I'll do a few more this way and if not,..this'll be the last one!
