I have. It's got a lot of bass but small ones. I talked to some older anglers and asked why being a bass management lake it had only smallish bass. He said the state doesn't really manage it anymore. I fished there a couple times in August and the lake was chocked with algae/weed growth. Sad too since it's somewhat close to me.

No problem. I'm sure I'll end up there once or twice just doing an easy paddle with my daughter there. If it's different this year I'll be sure to post.

unless the place is over populated with small under 12in fish

its like having a fish tank with a bunch of fish, they will only grow so big

It just stinks because it's a nice easy paddle when I am out with the family, and nice that there are no motors allowed. Maybe it will turn around.

Just ask asianfisher (aka Billy) to clear out a bunch of the sub-12 inch bass! He'll fix it! Surprised
