Hello, I am form central CT and have 2 sons (10 & 13) who have really taken an interest in fishing. I grew up spending weekends on Big Pond in Otis MA and have always loved fishing, any type of fishing. I am looking forward to sharing this great sport with my sons.

I found this forum searching for information about local CT lakes and rivers and so far it has been a great source of information.

We are in Avon. We have been fishing Dunning Lake in Farmington, Highland Lake form shore. I just bought a boat so we plan to hit Highland, Bantam, Winchester and CT River in spring.

So, you're a member at Winding Trails? That's great. I'm in Avon, too, so I'm sure I'll see you around.
