In addition to these regs, at certain shore spots (like my local one):
Summer flounder: Minimum Size: 16 inches, (Open Season: May 15 to October 31, 5 fish limit);
Scup: Minimum Size: 9 inches, (Open Season: May 1 to December 31, 20 fish limit).

Is there any list of shore spots available? I remember Penfield Reef was one of them last year.

The list of shore spots can be found in the angler's guide. There might be one on the DEP website, but I haven't seen one.
