i highly doubt it unless you drop into moving water

Today I checked a small pond in Trumbull that I was fishing this time last year. Still has about 2 inches of ice covering it.

Smaller bodies of water near the coast will take another 1 or 2 weeks to totally thaw depending on how much sun, warm temps, and rain we get.
