After Bunnells Pond and grabbing a bite to eat at Duchess, I checked out the Wonderland of Ice.
Hit my 3 usual areas resulting in a 15" 1 pound pickerel on a brown trout Flat Rap FLR-6. Had redbreasts and a small bass follow the lure.
Later I checked out the North Ave bridge again.
Tried a number of lures seeing I had more time this time. The only lure that had fish interested was the glass minnow Husky Jerk HJ-6. A small Mepps Aglia didn't even get any followers.
Caught 2 7" crappie and had many tiny redbreasts and bluegills chasing it.
Hit the road around 6:45pm. |
