I am wondering if anyone could tell me if I need to worry about the amount of snow we just got as far as safe ice. could the extra weight of the snow be a big factor? I know its not going to be easy getting around in it! Read that fishkill article from SeaDog1. Thanks for the info SD. I really hope that doesn`t happen but the conditions are right! Thanks for any help!

you are absolutly right SD! As much as we want to venture out and drill some holes it is necessary to be extra cautious. This is not a good time of the year to go swimming!!!!
