				| You guys should try Crystal lake in Ellington.  It's fairly small and is one of the best trout lakes in CT.  It holds over a large portion of the stocked trout and also gets broodstock salmon.  Check regs. for slot lengths, though. _________________

 And lots of 'Skunks' too.....at least for me the past couple of seasons.
   
 ...also watch out for bubblers and bad ice near docks....

 Try Cedar Lake in Chester -> Stocked and usually some nice holdovers!

				| I've caught decent bass at both Cedar and Crystal. However, this info doesn't help you at all since you're looking for trout. _________________
