| Fished from 10am-2pm on the upper side of moodus. i dont know if it's me but im starting to like the lower side more and more. Started out with water temps at 61 deg last week was 71 deg, boated 3 bass on jigs and soft plastics. lost the fourth one on a jig in a tree stump. fish came from 6 ft of water to 2ft. |

Is that whats going on? I saw fish hanging around beds at the pond s last week, now they are gone.

Good job Stumpy,..I don't have a strong preference for upper or lower,..except that once summer rolls around it is a lot easier to find somewhere sheltered from the pleasure-boaters on upper!

Jigs were the key. eh?

3/8 jig pitched to shallow cover, the one in deeper water was grabbed on the fall. |

sorry jay i cant lie, those were on blackand blue jigs tft made up fo rme. |
